It looks like Martin Fowler is about to find out the truth about son Arthur’s real parentage in forthcoming ‘EastEnders’ episodes.
The BBC have released an explosive new trailer teasing the drama ahead for the market trader, as his girlfriend Stacey Branning finally decides to come clean that his best friend Kush Kazemi is Arthur’s real dad.
With Stacey (Lacey Turner) on the road to recovery after being sectioned for her postpartum psychosis, it seems she tells Martin (James Bye) the truth, penning him a heartbreaking letter.
Is Stacey about to tell Martin the truth about baby Arthur?
“Martin, I need to tell you the truth about Arthur…” she writes, as Stacey can be heard saying: “Martin, I’m so sorry.”
He is then shown reading a piece of paper, which could possibly be the letter, while another part of the trailer shows him emotionally kicking a bin, as a worried Kush (Davood Ghadami) looks on.
These scenes will air next week, as part of the BBC’s In The Mind season of programming.
It was also recently revealed that Martin and Arthur will be involved in a car crash in the coming days, as he drives to Bristol to look at mother and baby units for Stacey and their son.
Will the drama of the crash encourage Stacey to finally tell Martin everything?
