Hopefully they’ve recovered by now.
2. Or shaving them off entirely and drawing new ones on.

Probably because everyone was obsessed with this stuff and it didn’t come in that many shades.
4. Being very liberal with the fake tan and bronzer.

5. Wearing tonnes of eyeliner, all the way round your eye.
Which would smudge halfway down your face within the first hour.
6. Or just using loads of pencil liner on your lower lash line.
Which is guaranteed to travel down your face throughout the day.
7. Smothering your entire body in body glitter.

Which made your sheets all gritty if you didn’t shower before bed.
8. Experimenting with putting mascara in your hair.

And it looking nothing like this.
9. And covering your hair in glitter.

Most things were covered in glitter pre-2010.
10. Using way, way too much lip gloss.
So it felt almost unbearably sticking, and you’d end up licking it all off in an hour anyway.
11. Buying loads of expensive lip glosses that all looked kinda the same once you got them on.
12. Or using a “lip plumper” to try to get the perfect pout.
But they didn’t really work and just made your lips sting a bit.
13. Using concealer as lipstick to really make your eyes stand out.
Probably with some clear gloss over the top.
14. Piling as much mascara as possible on until it looks like dead spiders.
And then having it slowly crumble down your face all day.
15. Wearing a lipliner way darker than your lipstick.
For reasons yet to be discovered.
16. Covering your whole eyelid with very pale shimmery eyeshadow.

17. Wearing press-on square-tipped french nails.
Or faking this look with Tipex when you got bored at school.
18. And using these guys or your fingers for all makeup application.
