Jayalalithaa no more say TV reports: Hospital maintains she is critical

The Apollo hospital however continued to maintain that she is very critical and continues to be under life support. Several leaders have come out and told the media not to speculate until there is an official confirmation on the news. She had suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday following which her condition remained extremely critical. She has been in hospital for the past 72 days. Several of her supporters even resorted to violence.Doctors at Apollo had maintained that Jayalalithaa had remained very critical despite receiving the best of treatment. Dr Richard Beale had also said that Jayalalithaa was very critical and best possible care was being offered to her.
